Return Policy

1. With the exception of situations where a product is fake, defective, or materially different from what the customer ordered, products sold on the website are subject to a 14 (fourteen) calendar days return policy as long as they are in their original packaging and condition when purchased and received. Any orders placed on ‘Materials’ cannot be refunded.

2. Upon arrangement through MTC’s customer support team, there will be a courier pickup and return to ensure a full refund is given to the customer and vendor must accept refund. In the case that these conditions are satisfied, MTC will not charge any penalty costs.

3. Shipping charges wil be placed on vendors in the case that items are defective, fake or materially different from what the customers ordered, in all other cases, shipping charges belonging to the return of an item will be placed on customers.
