1. IF WE TERMINATE OR SUSPEND YOUR ACCOUNT FOR ANY REASON, YOU ARE PROHIBITED FROM REGISTERING AND CREATING A NEW ACCOUNT UNDER YOUR NAME, A FAKE OR BORROWED NAME, OR THE NAME OF A THIRD PARTY.
